30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your KNKA product for a full refund or exchange. This gives you plenty of time to test our air purifiers and dehumidifiers in your home environment.

Important Timeline

The 30-day period begins from your delivery date, not your order date. Please keep your delivery confirmation for reference.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your KNKA product meets these conditions:

Original Packaging

Product must be returned in the original box with all packaging materials, foam inserts, and protective wrapping.

Complete Accessories

All included accessories, filters, remote controls, power cords, and documentation must be included.

Resaleable Condition

Product should be in like-new condition with minimal signs of use. Clean the unit before returning.

No Damage

Product must be free from damage not related to normal testing and evaluation.

Special Considerations for Air Purifiers & Dehumidifiers

  • Filters: Original filters should be included, even if used during testing
  • Water Tanks: Empty and clean all water reservoirs in dehumidifiers
  • Smart Features: Remove the device from your Smart Life app account
  • Registration: Product registration does not affect return eligibility

Carefully repackage your product in the original box with all accessories and include the RA number.

Use the prepaid return label we provide (for defective items) or ship at your expense for other returns.

Beyond 30 Days?

If your product develops issues after the 30-day return window, it may be covered under our 2-year warranty. Contact us to determine if your issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

Special Circumstances

Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged, we'll provide a prepaid return label and expedited replacement at no cost to you. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Wrong Product Shipped

If we ship the wrong product, we'll arrange immediate pickup and send the correct item with expedited shipping at no charge.

Holiday Returns

Products purchased between November 1st and December 31st have an extended return window until January 31st of the following year.
