2. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure:

  • The device is in its original packaging with all accessories (remote, manuals, filters).
  • The product is in like-new condition without physical damage.
  • For hygiene reasons, replaceable HEPA filters should not be heavily soiled unless the return is due to a technical defect.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email our support hub at support@knkaonline.com with your order number.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Step 3: Ship the item to our designated fulfillment center.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
